A friend just brought this to my attention so I thought I should bring it to yours. Not sure how long this lasts but at the MOMENT the background commentary is on Kindle for about $3. I don’t normally “advertise” here but this was too good an opportunity to ignore, especially for those in parts of the world where the hard copy is too expensive to obtain.
